The rental rate includes:
Furnished and equipped accommodation, as well as all energy sources
necessary for the proper functioning of the stay, (Water, gas, electricity).
Except heating in low season.
Bed sheets and toilet towels are provided.
Access to the domain's swimming pool, from May 1st to September 30th,
variable dates depending on the weather.
The complete baby kit (umbrella bed, high chair, bathtub) is available upon request.
The tourist tax equivalent to 0.55/day/adult.
The rate does not include:
The end-of-stay cleaning package of 50€ to be paid on site. Optional.
Pets are accepted with the prior agreement of the owner and with a mandatory cleaning package. This is to guarantee irreproachable hygiene and a strict protocol for each traveler.
Booking Terms and Conditions: From April 4th to May 2nd and from July 4th to September 26th, 2026, rentals are done on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday.

How to book?: By filling out a booking request via the form or by phone at 06.23.43.63.36. We will send you a rental contract, which must be returned signed and accompanied by a 30% deposit.
Contract Conclusion: The booking becomes effective when the owner has received the 30% deposit of the total rental amount, as well as acceptance of the general conditions and the signed contract. Upon receipt, a confirmation will be sent to you.
The balance of the rental, 75% of the rent + tourist tax, is to be paid 30 days before the start of the stay.
For any booking less than 30 days, the total rent + tourist tax are to be paid with the return of the signed contract.
A 300€ guarantee check will be requested upon your arrival, and returned by post within 7 days following your departure. Subject to any deductions corresponding to the tenant's contractual obligations.
Accepted Payments: For the deposit: Bank check, bank transfer.
For the balance: Bank check, bank transfer, cash.
Cancellation: In case of cancellation by the tenant, the deposit paid will be retained by the owner, unless the latter finds a new tenant for the same period.
In case of cancellation by the owner, the deposit will be refunded to the tenant.
Places and Insurance: The rental is established for a defined number of occupants. If the number of tenants exceeds the normal capacity of the cottage without prior agreement, the owner reserves the right to terminate the contract or request a surcharge.
An inventory will be made upon arrival and departure.
The tenant is required to be insured by a personal insurance or a specific contract for the duration of the stay.
Certificate to be provided when handing over the keys.
Arrival/Departure:
Arrivals are from 4pm to 7pm, departures are scheduled before 10am. For any request outside of these hours, do not hesitate to contact us, we will try to accommodate you within the limits of what is possible.
Some rules
The cottages:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the cottages, smokers must dispose of their butts outside in the ashtrays provided.
The cottages are equipped with skylights (VELUX style), they must be closed imperatively when you go for a walk, in case of intervention on our part, we inform you that the guarantee will not be refunded.
For electric vehicle charging, it is not possible on the domain.
The owner reserves the right to access the cottages in case of emergency and for their proper functioning.
The pool:
The pool is accessible through locked gates for the safety of our children and according to current standards. A key is provided to each tenant.
The pool is shared by the three cottages, its use is under the full responsibility of the tenants.
The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th from 10am to 8pm, under rules, and depending on the weather.
